§ 01 This double sampler "The Arabian Club Night, Vol 03" is unsuitable for use as a discreet background music in the private area.
§ 02 Application is recommended with absolute maximum volume in the club.
§ 03 The description of the sampler as a "contemporary Tech-House production with striking oriental sound elements" is juridically admissible.
§ 04 This sampler is conceived DJ-friendly, i.e. the single pieces do not run into each other, but are clearly separated.
§ 05 The A-side is played with 126 beats per minute, the B-side with 128 beats.
§ 06 All tracks of one side can easiliy be mixed.
§ 07 All songs on this sampler were selected especially for the application in urban discos and clubs with primarily student audience.
§ 08 The A-side should be used during warm-up phase or during the chill-out phase.
Recommended tracks: Raw - "Istanbul"; Angelo Montesu - "Dubai"; Darjee - "Malyka"; Max Olsen - "Arabian Night".
§ 09 Titles of the B-side should be used for conceptual reasons primarily in the peak time of a club.
Recommended tracks: Ahmet Mecnun - "Bad Woman"; Hagen Kiev & Franky Miller - "Arabian Legend"; Namito - "Train To Tehran"; Tansiyon Sequenz - "Orient Express".
§ 10 Music from the series "The Arabian Club Night" should be used very responsibly by every DJ - these titles can lead for unskilled listeners to massive phenomena of addiction.
§ 11 Patients suffering from hypersensitivity are advised against using this product.
§ 12 Playing the sampler in moving cars is permitted only with reservation because of the increased risk of accidents.
§ 13 To other risks and undesirable side effects please read the package insert and ask your doctor or local DJ.
